詩篇與禱告

詩篇是真正認識上帝者的心曲。如果我們要學習禱告，就需要認識我們所傾訴的上帝；當我們學習用詩篇來禱告時，就能分享歷代以來蘊藏在詩篇中的寶藏， 上帝願意通過在詩篇中所蘊藏的奧秘，把自己向我們顯明。

詩篇不僅是上帝的啟示，也不只是上帝暗示祂喜歡傾聽我們向祂的傾訴。詩篇與聖徒 生活的泉源息息相關，是歷代聖徒蒙上帝感動而創作的聖歌，深刻的呈現 了聖徒的內在生命。

從詩篇學習禱告，不僅是學習禱告的方法，更是透 過詩篇與神同行，不僅建造外面的生命，更是建立內在的生命。學習在我們日常生活之中經歷神同在的祝福 與恩典。

詩篇是一個龐大的心靈寶庫，我們若要探取其中的珍寶，就需要花時間去研讀、默想、禱告的心來細讀每一篇的 詩篇。藉著這堂課, 我們學習用詩篇的言語, 幫助我們禱告的內容, 更貼近神的心意,  更能在禱告中釋放我們的靈。
